This weekend sees England rugby visit Manchester for their final group fixture, as the nation bid to end their World Cup with a win against Uruguay at the City of Manchester Stadium.

For those of you that don’t have tickets, the Rugby World Cup Fan Zone will be taking place in the city’s historic Albert Square where the game will be shown on big screens amongst a host of rugby activity and a fantastic variety of food and drink outlets serving global cuisine.

While preparing for the evening fixture, try out the Canterbury Roadshow, which will allow fans to step into the footsteps of their rugby idols through a host of interactive experiences and storytelling.

One to get stuck into is the Canterbury speed test, which is touring the country to find rugby fans who are quick enough to beat England star Sam Burgess in a race against time, alongside a diving try experience – allowing fans to celebrate their own Rugby World Cup try before the big game between England and Uruguay kicks-off.

The roadshow has been designed to bring to life the dedication of fans and players across the two countries from the grassroots to the professional level.

Manchester’s Rugby World Cup Fan Zone will be in Albert Square across the whole weekend, showing every group stage fixture from New Zealand vs. Tonga on Friday evening, to USA vs. Japan on Sunday night.
