In some ways, MIF15's 'Tree of Codes' exemplifies what this world class festival does so brilliantly. It has brought together three renowned artists, each fully established in their own right, to create a piece which combines all of their talents.

Predominantly a work of dance, this has been created by choreographer Wayne McGregor, visual artist Olafur Eliasson and Mercury Prize-winning producer/ composer Jamie xx who have created a contemporary ballet inspired by the book 'Tree of Codes' by Jonathan Safran Foer. Dancers from Paris Opera Ballet and the Wayne McGregor Company bring it magically to life.

It's a feast for the heart and mind, dazzling in its visuals, breathtaking in its dance and thrilling in its music.

Watch clips from it and see what members of the audience had to say when it opened last week.

'Tree of Codes' continues at Manchester Opera House this week from Wednesday to Friday. Book here.
