Hemingway's seminal WW1 love story brought to the stage for the first time

Adapted by the 'imitating the dog company' and presented at The Lowry in collaboration with Contact, this adaptation of Hemingway’s seminal novel get’s the full multimedia treatment.

A touching love story set against the backdrop of World War One, in which an American ambulance driver and British nurse fall in love on the Italian front, the production promises a fusion of video, impressive stage design and original music. It’s the first time this work has been adapted for the stage, so let’s hope for something special from this excellent company.
