This hotel and conference centre is housed in a beautiful 15th-century monastery with arched cloisters, overlooking a grass courtyard and a huge magnolia tree. The tastefully furnished rooms offer total privacy, cocooned from the hubbub of the city. Leonardo da Vinci is said to have grown vines on this site while painting The Last Supper at the Santa Maria delle Grazie monastery across the road.
