Squeamish diners should probably give this live lobster specialist a miss. The short menu turns on cooked and raw (cotte e crude in Italian) Canadian and Breton crustaceans, served up by owner-chef Paolo Arrigoni. With just five small tables surrounded by lobster tanks, it's a niche dining experience.
