An open-all-hours, family affair: daughter dishing out the prawn crackers, mum taking orders, and dad in the kitchen. Said family is from Shanghai, and the food is crisp, subtle, tender and unbattered, and includes cheap prix fixe lunches of pickled cucumbers, sesame-scented duck and stuffed pork buns.
