Chef Chiam of Sesame + Soy, Chef Tommes of That Little Wine Bar and Chef Roberto of II Bacaro Venetian Restaurant are teaming up in the kitchen to serve you a dinner of three culinary fashions. Some of the dishes served include smoked duck siew mai with XO sauce, scallop and golden pastry and sichuan flavoured tuna mousse with baby abalone, seafood ravioli with prosecco sauce, zesty orange sorbet, gorgonzola tenderloin, onion confit with special mash and for dessert, coconut pannacotta with chocolate sauce. Price is inclusive of a cocktail and five course dinner with wine.
