A wine dinner with George Sinas

Wine maker George Shinas of the Shinas Estate will educate his dinner guests on various wine know-how this month. Together with Suffolk House's head chef Dave Looi, the duo will invent a refined menu to be paired with Shinas's premium selection of hand crafted wines from the vineyards of Victoria, Australia.
