Chez Nous's four-course Chinese New Year dinner begins with a bowl of French fish soup or cream of tomato and a starter of asparagus with smoked salmon or French mushroom toast. Main course ensues with a choice of Belgian meatballs with leffe sauce, French ratatouille with omelette or smoked salmon tagliatelle.
