Roger Wang, Malaysia's most prestigious finger-style guitarist will be making a musical appearance this 28 March. The virtuoso will be bringing the theme of "An Evening of Music with Roger Wang at Dewan Budaya, USM Penang starting from 8.30pm to 10.30pm. Tickets are sold at RM20 for students and RM35 for non-students.
Apart from his performance, Roger will also be conducting a rare workshop titled "An Introduction to Finger-style Guitar" specifically designed for guitarists who have an interest in the unique style of playing guitar.
The workshop takes place on 27 March from 10am to 12pm at Balai Pasiban, School of Arts, USM Penang. Entry fee for the workshop is RM80 per pax which includes a certificate, concert ticket and lunch buffet for all participants.
