If you’re looking to develop your body coordination, core, strength and balance, then join this workshop organised by parkour enthusiasts, the Tofu Group. Parkour is all about moving as quickly and as efficiently as possible from one place to another, which would be a useful skill to have when you’re living in the city. Although it’s probably not for everyone, give parkour a try and maybe your body will surprise you. Registration fee is inclusive of a free T-shirt. Register here.
