Each year, the Penang State Art Gallery honours a local artist with a retrospective exhibition that binds the artist's lifetime achievement in 300 pages of single hard cover publication. Joining the hall of fame this year is artist Chong Hon Fatt. The exhibition kicks off Nov 1.
