World Press Photo 2013 exhibition is back for the second time to Penang with its shortlisted entries of thought-provoking, vivid and at times, heart-wrenching images from the contest. Your must-see includes 'Joy at the End of the Run' by Malaysian freelance photographer, Dr. Wei Seng Chen and highly controversial winning photo by Swedish photojournalist, Paul Hansen named 'Gaza Burial' that was placed under recent scrutiny for the use of photo-enhancing software (as pictured).
