We are proud to announce the launch of Time Out Leeds and Time Out Glasgow, the latest in our expansion of city sites in the UK, which include Manchester and Edinburgh.

The launches sit on our new, mobile-friendly platforms, enabling locals and visitors alike to access us wherever they are, and providing them with the inspiration to keep up and join in with the best of these great cities. With the imminent launch of Bristol and Birmingham in early 2015, Time Out will have a truly UK-wide online audience for the first time.

Excitingly, the new sites have already made a big splash. In Manchester, a photo gallery diary of Hulme from the '90s has now racked up nearly 400,000 pages views and over 4,400 shares on social media. A part of the city's recent history that's not been widely documented before, this was a huge hit on Facebook with the vast majority of its traffic coming from social channels.

Despite being only two-weeks-old Glasgow has also had a big hit on social. A blog post on a free outdoor screening of 'Frozen' received over 22,000 shares on social media, making it one of the top three best performing bits of content on social across the entire Time Out network. Not bad for a brand new site!

Meanwhile, in the USA, Time Out Los Angeles has now moved across to the new technology platform, with Chicago to follow next month.

This brings to 68 the number of cities around the world with a local Time Out.
