Time Out says

Olé brings a fiesta of Spanish flavour to the Little Stanley Street dining precinct at Southbank. A hop, skip and a jump from the parklands proper, Olé stands out from the crowd with sunshine-yellow signage and door and ink-black chairs inside and out. The kitchen pass runs the width of the entry to the dining room, where the brigade are busy plating up all the jamóns from Serrano and Iberico to the much-coveted, acorn-fed Bellota. There's paella, croquetas and tapas by the score. Do try the setas, with a sautée of mushrooms with juice poured straight from the pan, rich porcini cream, soft poached egg, a shower of young Manchego and finely sliced potato with a sprinkling of salt.
