Wonderful collections of sumptuous art deco and antique jewellery are nothing short of stunning. But check the tag before you fall in love with that precious 1930s necklace: some of the prices are as breathtaking as the stock.

I was both ripped off and mistreated by staff and if I could give this store minus stars I would!

A man going jewelry shopping for his girlfriend on his own is a daunting enough task as the best of times and were most jewelers are helpful Rhinestone jewelers saw an opportunity to take advantage.

I went to store look for gift of emerald/zirconium earrings for a surprise gift for my girlfriend.
The staff I found out after had taken full advantage of my lack of jewelry knowledge and sold me a pair for earring for an apparently discounted €115 well above there actual market value €20 (revalued afterwards)
I was told the were vintage silver earring withzirconium stones when in fact they were mademetal and silver plated copper with glass stones.

As a result I couldn't give them to my girlfriend as they were clearly substandard items and would irritate her ears.
So I try returning them for a refund to be accused by the staff of buying them with my girlfriend for a lesser price (despite having both a receipt and gift receipt) and they implied she'd warn them so they couldn't be returned.
I was offered store credit but refused a refund despite the earrings being unused and substandard.
I insisted that this is in breech of the consumers act as the item did not meet the standards and purpose for which it was it sold.
But was told tough luck.

So go to a reputable jewelers and avoid this store if you don't want to be ripped off.
