Occupying an enviable spot on busy Grafton Street with a smart black-painted storefront wrapping around the corner into quaint little Duke Street, this is a particularly classy branch of good old M&S. As always, it draws a broad mix of shoppers, from slipper-seeking pensioners to fashion-conscious types on a budget. The food hall is up to the usual high standard and there's also a ground-floor coffee bar offering classic espresso-based combos to drink in or take away.

i am very disappointed in M&S, I left a phone in their changing rooms in Grafton St. branch, and while I appreciate that they found it, they insist they cannot post it to me, even though I live 200 kms away.
I have made repeated calls to them and they still insist I have the phone collected by either myself or some person I nominate.
Very bad policy M&S. I am very annoyed.
Some very snotty to the point of being almost offensive staff in menswear. Where did you find that big old fart of a security guard? He needs to learn it not only extremely rude but also very bad for business to stalk potential customers around an empty store. He followed my sister and I to the counter and stood there scowling while we completed our purchase. Service with a smile and understanding that customers are important matters. Very disconcerting experience.
