Cuckoo's Bakery

Proud recipients of the Best Cake in Scotland award 2014 and 2015, Cuckoo's is a bakery and cupcakery just north of the New Town. In addition to their various tasty treats (baked fresh on the premises daily), Cuckoo's also boasts a fine set of ethics: ingredients are locally sourced wherever possible, unsold cakes are donated to homeless charities and all packaging materials are recycled.
