Movie review

From Time Out Film Guide

John Candy takes his place at the head of a wagon train leading a handful of disenchanted pioneers back to the home comforts of the East. Alarmed that the quitters may set a trend, a railway baron hires assorted gunslingers and even the US Cavalry to stop them, while by the same token, formerly hostile Indians are only too happy to provide safe passage. The humour is sufficiently scattershot to hit the mark once or twice, but basically a no-brains comedy.
