Time Out says

The punning title of this culture-clashing French screwball comedy refers to an insignificant scene in the film’s coda. But what a dispiritingly long haul it is getting there. Florence Foresti is Jeanne, a lowly Parisienne voice-dubbing artist who vocally shadows Hollywood TV actress Jennifer Marshall (Nikki Deloach).

When Marshall announces her resignation from America’s top drama series, Jeanne panics and flies to LA to persuade her to change her mind. But first she’s got to breach Hollywood’s impenetrable security systems. ‘Hollywoo’ is one long stream of unlikely coincidences punctuated by a company of stereotypical eccentrics who appear whenever there’s a lull in the clumsy, unfunny script. Foresti’s convivial turn is the only thing going for it.
