One of the last Vegas clubs built in an oversized, industrial style, Rain now looks a bit dated. However, it's still the best at what it does, with the non-stop dance music and eyebrow-searing pyrotechnics perhaps best heard and viewed from one of the private cabanas that overlook all the action from upstairs.
