The kind of no-frills, fair-prices locals’ favorite that everyone loves, CJ’s—located in a tiny 1932 brick house—has lasted 30 years, thanks to its solid southern Italian cooking and American regional specialties (like Chicago spicy lobster), and its homey, authentic but quirky setting. Joe’s is far removed from the $50 pasta joints on the Strip, and that’s the whole point.
