This gym use to be a lot nicer and cleaner when the skinny girl with the big brown eyes use to manage it! She would always be running around talking to members and picking up trash. She was good at multi-tasking and I remember her from the old Maryland and Tropicana location. Very good with people, excellent listener, hard worker and extremely caring. I wish she would come back. I do not know if she got moved to anothr location since I only go to Karen but if she did we need her here. Since she has been gone I do not even go to the gym as often because it is not as pleaseant. The people there don't have her charisma nor her people skills!

This club sent me to collections and I have almost a $700.00 balance even after calling and canceling my membership. I moved so I had to cancel so they told me all I needed to do was fax over my new address and it would be canceled in which I did. 3 years later its my credit report for almost an entire years worth of working out. What a joke!!!!!

If you join this club MAKE SURE you don't give them your credit card number! Pay the few additional bucks each month to pay online or by mail. Believe me, it's a nightmare to get them to spot billing your card. Worst customer service ever. You've been warned.
