Time Out says

The Triumphs of a Man Called Horse are few in this second sequel, and those right puny. The man himself, who you will recall was an English aristo who obeyed the call of the wild and enlisted in the Sioux, returns only briefly in the now battered shape of Harris. He has only the barest time available for a quick flashback to his finest hour, when he was strung up by his pectorals, before being despatched by greedy prospectors looking for the gold on his land. The gauntlet is taken up for the rest of the film by his son, the aptly named Koda (Beck), who - in company with his faithful Crow girlfriend - rides like the wind, dynamites prospectors, and runs rings around the cavalry. What Variety used to call 'a routine oater'. CPea.
