Il Bacaro serves up a modern twist on classic Venetian fare in its small, crowded restaurant. We're not talking foams or sands or molecular tech on the plate. The poached cod comes with a watermelon consommé, pickled cucumber, fennel, dill and elderflower, and the Limoncello baba comes with white chocolate and mascarpone semifreddo, lemon myrtle and meringue.
