If you love nothing more than a cheeky seltzer in the sun (and let’s be honest, who doesn’t?), then do we have some very exciting news for you.

This summer the Provincial is playing host to a self-serve seltzer wall. Yes, you read that correctly – as part of the pop-up Over the Rainbow activation you’ll be able to enjoy two hours of free-flowing Moon Dog Fizzer. All the tastiest flavours will be on tap – we’re talking Peach Iced Tea, Tropical Crush, Piney Limey and Raspberry Sorbet – plus a fruity selection of garnishes for that extra hit of zest.

Available every day until the end of February (with the exception of Friday and Saturday nights after 7pm), the seltzer sessions can also be booked as part of the Provincial’s hugely popular weekend bottomless brunch. Because nothing pairs better with a fried chicken waffle or bacon and egg burger than an ice-cold Fizzer.

And when you’re not sipping seltzers, be sure to check out the rest of the colourful rooftop activation – there’s a floral arch, rainbow swing, neon signage and LED lighting, bright blooms throughout the entire bar and cute rainbow decals on the floor to guide you right up to the Fizzer wall.

A two-hour seltzer spree costs $49. For more information and to book, head to the Provincial website.
