No one does boho-chic better than the Standard Spa and its mainstay eatery. The buzzy, breezy outdoor restaurant went from veg-forward to Japanese, recently offering an izakaya residency with all new recipes by chef Daniel Herget. The delicious options include the kurobuta pork chop, kimchi fried rice and a funky take on disco fries, called okonomiyaki—it’s all topped with bonito flakes and just $7 during the weekday happy hour.
