The only thing executive chef Jacob Anaya takes seriously at the laidback OTC is the food. But even then, he isn’t afraid to get a little playful. Case in point: his weekend brunch, which offers playful takes on modern American cuisine—inspired by his extensive travels—with dishes like Frito pie, Hawaiian-style Tuna Poke, and Korean chicken and waffles.
