Menin Hospitality, a South Beach based, luxury boutique hospitality management company, introduces its latest Miami culinary destination, Red Ginger. This Southeast Asian concept offers Asian inspired, locally influenced cuisine including a sushi program, binchotan charcoal robata and omakase menu, along with a unique and impressive Japanese whisky menu, located in the South of Fifth neighborhood just steps away from the beach and its neighbor Radio Bar. The highlight of the bar program is the extensive Japanese Whisky collection, which includes high-end options such as the Owner’s Cask Hukushu 1992, a rare single cask from the early 1990s; Karuizawa Asama, an aged vintage; and Karuizawa Kohaku, a discontinued whisky aged 10 years.
