The Ariston is an experiment in eco design: the lightbulbs are energy-efficient, the showers are designed to save water, and all the fittings are made from natural or non-toxic materials. Even the water in your tea is purified, and organic food is available at breakfast. The location, between the centre of town and the Navigli district, is excellent, and the hotel offers guests free use of bicycles.
