Antica Locanda Leonardo review

An immaculate little hotel, set in an internal courtyard off busy corso Magenta and within easy walking distance of Santa Maria delle Grazie and Leonardo's Last Supper. The property is in a late 19th-century palazzo, and the rooms are all tastefully decorated with modern or antique wooden furniture (some have a Japanese feel to them, as a nod to one of the owners). There's also a cosy breakfast/bar area where tea and cakes are served. The hotel has been managed by the same courteous and attentive family for more than 40 years, and it shows in the attention to detail. Five rooms overlook the flower-filled back garden.
