Terme Milano review Rate it

Housed in a gorgeous palazzo built in 1908, the brand-new Terme Milano have had various uses, including leisure centre for tram drivers and rocking disco bar. Now, the building has been restored to its former art deco glory, and kitted out with steambaths, saunas and open-air pools. A day pass (€35-€46) gives you access to all areas. The abundant buffet of fresh fruit and juices is included, and you can book additional treatments like the anti-stress massage (50mins, €56) at relatively reasonable rates. Slip into your swimsuit and dive in.

I though this was a wonderful place and a great value. For 40 euros I spent the afternoon and early evening at Terme Milano. It was immaculate. I was given a robe, slippers and a spa package. I had access to the three outdoor pools, about 10 indoor various pools and saunas, and various treatment rooms including music therapy, heat therapy room and a sort of funny special treatment for women conducted by a belly dancing man in a speedo encouraging us to rub honey on our breasts. There was a beautiful arrangement of food available all day. Cheese and proscioutto at 3 and wine with more goodies at 6. I believe you could have stayed until 11. I did not purchase spa services but they were available at a reasonable rate. I thought this was a great value and fun way to spend the day. Wish we had a place like this in the US
