Italy's oldest Japanese restaurant is tucked away on the ground floor of a nondescript office block near Stazione Centrale. As well as the usual selection of sushi and sashimi, specialities include tonno scottato (tuna perfectly pan-fried, with crisp edges and a deep red centre) and guancia di tonno (giant tuna cheeks baked in a salt crust). The service can be offhand but the food makes it a must-visit.
