The Triennale's old café has been given a total overhaul by architect Michele De Lucchi, to become the latest feather in chef Cracco's cap. Cracco Coffee Design was launched during Milan's Salone Internazionale del Mobile in April 2008. Watch the preparation of sandwiches, salads and other light snacks take place behind the kitchen's glass wall. Rumour has it that an on-site Cracco restaurant is in the pipeline.
