The best of a bunch of new East Asian restaurants, feeding the city's addiction to Japanese culture and design. The plum and bare brick interior is lit by light bulbs hanging on fishing poles, and we can't even begin to describe the unisex loos. Lunch is a bargain, a selection of six sushi-heavy set menus. For the more adventurous, there's Kobe beef and tuna tataki (seared tuna with a ginger, sesame and soy dipping sauce).
