Valérie Jouve: Corps en résistance

Working at the intersection of sociology, art and photojournalism, in her latest photo series Valérie Jouve explores the ways bodies adapt to or resist urban environments. For the occasion, The Jeu de Paume has curated a collection of Jouve’s past work (photos and videos) in a subtle, complex retrospective, reflecting the evolution of her art and thought since the early ’80s.
