[title]The Protoclip Festival was set up in 2004 by three amateur fans of independent music videos. Today the much larger and more professional enterprise receives support from the likes of major French media group Canal Plus, organising round tables and other discussions of the medium as well as screenings.
This year's edition takes place at the Pan Piper, a brand new music venue.
