Le Goût des Hôtes

Sited in the Villiers area of Paris’s 8th arrondissement, Le Gout Des Hotes is an old inn converted into a traditional Alsatian bistro that exudes charm and friendliness in equal, generous measures. Recently refurbished but retaining a tasteful 1950s feel, the crisp white tablecloths, wild flowers and old trinkets on the shelves are quite lovely touches suggesting the restaurant is something of a labour of love. That suspicion is confirmed with a glance at Le Gout Des Hotes’ lovingly crafted menu of famous Alsatian and traditional French recipes, passed down through the generations and changing every three months with the seasons.
