Tsé is a glamorous Parisian-Asian restaurant and bar fashioned out of the old Auteuil Metro station near Bois Du Bologne park. Granted, it’s an unusual setting in which to pay homage to Asia, but boy, does it work. The velvet, wood, silky fabrics, marble, Asian antiques, Chinese screens, tantalising temple doors and atmospheric lighting effortlessly enchant the beautiful, well-heeled crowd gathered here, night after night. The Tsé menu follows suit, offering a clever combination of Asian and French flavours, such as almond sea bass with caramelised ginger and roasted mango - enjoyed to the hip world sounds of resident DJs.
