Villa Spicy offers a warmly-coloured faux-exterior terrace and a vast covered veranda around a central area where you can dine by candlelight. Chef Pascal Prod’Homme inventively mines the traditions of Provencal and Italian cuisine, infusing them with spices and ingredients from India and Asia. The frequently-changing menu uses only the freshest ingredients to offer dishes like soft red tuna in golden sesame dressed with avocado cream and lime, stewed ox cheek with olive, artichoke and eggplant ratatouille, and Catalan crème brûlée.
