Authentic Malay cuisine is hard to come by but why not have them prepared at George Town's popular cooking class? Led by self-taught cook Nazlina Hussin, she will whip up a set dinner consisting of five Malay dishes, dessert, fruits with a side of coffee or tea and water. Previously, local delicacies like nasi tomato, nasi dagang, chicken soup, seafood curry, kerabu, beef rendang and kuih-muih have graced the dinner table. The set dinner is on offer at any night of the week with a two-day advanced reservation of minimum four people.
