Shi Wu is a new addition to Penang’s evergrowing number of inexpensive places to dine in and this humble restaurant serves a menu of Taiwanese-inspired dishes. You will spot a couple of non-Taiwanese ingredients here and there like spaghetti and ramen but the food remains satisfying and they are charmingly presented.
