Minister of Transport Bertrand Saint-Jean is caught in a difficult situation when news of a tragic bus accident spread across the local headlines. Following the incident, the Prime Minister demands Saint-Jean to oversee a policy he strongly opposes, which is the privatization of the French railway system. This film will be screened in French with English subtitles.
