Inspired by Victor Hugo's famous poem Les pauvres gens, this film centers on a retrenched trade unionist named Michel who was robbed off his money and comic book at home. Before Michel leaves for his vacation in Kilimanjaro, he stumbled upon two children with his stolen comic book, which led him and his wife to another retrenched colleague, Christophe and his reason for stealing. This film will be screened in French with English subtitles.
