Taking place every third Sunday of the month, Penang Book Exchange is a laudable effort to promote reading. How it works: Bring a book that you've read and wish to dispose of, visit the pop up stand in front of Alliance Bank between the hours of 7am and 1pm, and exchange your reading material for something else that catches your eye. Who said reading was an expensive hobby?
