Brought together by The Japan Foundation, this exhibition relives the earthquake that struck Tohoku, the northeastern region of Japan's largest island in the past year. This series of photographs were captured by various Japanese photographers dating since the early 1940s till present day, each representing Tohoku's cultural character and heritage during its glory days. Participants can also partake for an in-depth history lesson through free screenings and talks conducted by Associate Professor Dr. Chong Hon Yew of School of Physics, Universiti Sains Malaysia.
