A waterfall cascades over the entrance to this unusual aquarium, which is next to the Vasa. In the rainforest exhibit, you can go eyeball to eyeball with 1.5m-long (5ft) catfish, then step into a realistic jungle, with dripping plants, chirping insects and rain showers every ten minutes. Elsewhere, tropical fish swim in a long aquarium, and a mountain waterfall splashes down into a pool of trout. Environmental concerns are highlighted; a sign next to an open manhole encourages you to climb down for a 'sewer adventure', where you see the effects of pollution and acid rain. The water views from the café make it a good pit stop.
