F12 review Rate it

Consistently ranked as one of Sweden's best restaurants, F12 has a lot to live up to. There's no quibbling with the cuisine: the menu is divided into 'traditional' and 'innovative', with show-stealing desserts to follow. But other aspects of the visit - the tacky note in the menu advertising the owner's other restaurants, the silly and awkward interior design, wobbly service, the queue for the toilets - make you wonder if it's worth it. A better bet would be to come here on a summer's night for a drink at the terrace bar and then head to Mathias Dahlgren at the Grand Hôtel if you want a truly amazing blow-your-budget meal.
