Although there’s no sign to corroborate it, I wouldn’t be surprised if this brewery in Gràcia was a branch of the Pasteur Institute. Inside, you can try beers made using mint, spice, orange and even mushrooms! They also ask customers to help them in their experiments, by offering new beer-making ideas.
