Connexions 2014: Rumbamazigha 2.0

A project created to promote and mix together musicians from various geographical and stylistic backgrounds. Rumbamazigha brings together onstage what happens in the streets and neighbourhoods of Catalonia. Catalan rumba and Amazigha popular music, Maghreb and Eastern sounds, exchanging musical languages​​, melodies and rhythms to collectively create a popular, danceable and festive sound that's all their own and carries no labels. Musicians with different instruments that are similar at the same time, and with melodies and rhythms so similar that it's like they're travelling without borders or impediments.
